Your Guide to Brand Authorisation

What is Brand Authorisation?

If you are uploading products that are branded, you will need to pass Brand Authorisation. If not, your products will not pass review!
When you add Brand Authorisation, you will see the following four options:

Trademark Owner

Select this option if you have applied for or acquired a trademark through the relevant authorities. To provide evidence you have applied for or have a trademark through the relevant authorities, we'll ask you to upload a Trademark registration certificate. Click here for how this might look.

1st Level Authorised Seller

Select this option if you do not own the trademark but have been authorised by the trademark owner to sell its products. To provide evidence for this, we'll ask you to upload a 1st level authorised document. Click here for how this might look.

2nd Level Authorised Seller

Select this if you do not own the trademark but have been authorised by an authorised seller to sell its products. To provide evidence for this, we will ask for both a 1st level authorised document and a 2nd level authorised document. Click here for how a 2nd level authorised document might look.
