TikTok Shop just made it way easier to send out product samples, without losing control.
With the new automated sample auto-approval workflow, sellers can now greenlight requests from creators who meet pre-set criteria, skipping the manual review process for each one.
Here’s the flow:

1. Sellers toggle on criteria-based auto-approval.
2. Sellers define the criteria creators must meet (e.g. performance, profile requirements).
3. Sample requests that meet the criteria are auto-approved. Requests that don’t are routed to manual approval.

New: Automated Affiliate Commission Receipts

We have launched Affiliate Commission Receipts to help you manage your paperwork. You can now access automated monthly receipts for all affiliate commissions paid to creators, directly in Seller Center.
What you can do:

• Batch Download: Get a consolidated Excel summary of all commission payments.
• Go Granular: Download individual PDF receipts for specific creators.
• Automate: Files are ready by the 7th of every month (for the previous month's settled commissions).

Finance > Invoices > Affiliate commission receipts

List Products Faster with New Bulk Editing Tools

Managing large product catalogs on TikTok Shop just got easier. To help Shopify sellers list and update products more efficiently, TikTok has rolled out two new time-saving features in its app: Bulk Edit and Apply Category Templates in Bulk.

1. Bulk Edit & Sync: Sellers can now edit and list multiple products simultaneously—even if they belong to different categories. After selecting the items, they’re taken to a centralized page where they can update brand, product attributes, category, description, weight, and package dimensions in one go. Everything can be submitted together for review.
2. Apply Category Templates in Bulk: This lets sellers apply relevant category templates to groups of products automatically. Items are grouped by category so the right templates can be quickly assigned to each, speeding up the listing process.

More products listed, less time wasted. That’s the goal.
