Domestic FBT rate card

FBT Ratecard Overview

Compared to the 3rd party logistics service alternatives in the marketplace, its simplicity gives the FBT ratecard a unique advantage. To one individual package fulfilled:
  • Others:
    • Complicated, many expense items: service providers list out all items including but not limited to offload, inbound processing, put-on-shelf, pick, pack, packaging material, shipping fee separately, and charge them one by one based on package delivered.
    • Take both weight/dim and shipping distance into consideration
  • Fulfilled by TikTok:
    • Simplifies various expense items into [Operation Fee] + [Shipping Fee]
    • Provides FREE Packaging Materials no extra charge by default under normal conditions
    • Considers Weight/Size only, regardless of shipping distance

#1 Operation FeeMust incurCharged by UNITOperation Fee and Shipping Fee contribute to the majority of FBT cost overall. They are also highly concerned and the most sensitive fees from Merchants' perspective.FBT provides significantly more benefits than other logistics alternatives in the marketplace, in terms of logistics metric waivers, compensation coverage, 0-profit pricing, etc. A proper guideline for us is to keep FBT pricing highly competitive with 3rd party warehouses. We urge merchants to take the complementary (without any extra charge) benefits into consideration when investigating FBT investments. It is true that by joining FBT, you will get much more than logistics!
#2 Shipping FeeMust incur Charged by PACKAGE
#3 Storage FeeMust incur, optimizableCharged based on inventory ageFBT encourages higher turnover and faster sales throughThe more aging the inventories, the higher storage fee charged. Merchants are able to save potential storage costs significantly by optimizing turnover days in storage.
#4 Inbound Incident FeeAvoidableIncurred only when an inbound incidence occurs that violates inbound instructions or policiesInbound Incident Fee is avoidable through high inbound quality and compliance performance. FBT encourages merchants to lower the occurance of inbound incidents AND respond timely to inbound incident tickets, in order to prevent inbound backlog and secure inbound capacity.
#5 Value-add Service FeeIncur when necessaryProvide more options to fulfil merchants' various business demandsStandard Value-add Service (VAS) including relabeling, kitting, inventory exit or disposal (OBC), and customer return processing. We are open to exploring with you about the possibility, pricing, and solution when there's any non-standardized demands.

Note: Orders and packages usually have a one-to-one relationship. However, if an order contains multiple items that exceed our warehouse's size limit, it will have to be split into several packages. FBT will then charge based on the actual size and weight of each package.
  1. Operation Fee

👀 With FBT, packaging material is FREE. Operations fee covers not just picking and packing, but also inbound handling, shelving, and packaging materials - simple and transparent! These services might be charged separately by third-party logistics providers.Table (5).pngBoth weight and dimensions (Length, Width, and Height) will be deciding factors. The Operation category size will be based on the measurements of the product taken during the inbound process. If any one of these dimensions - Length, Width, Height or Weight- exceeds the threshold for a given size category, the item will be classified into the next size category. The Operation fee includes TikTok Shop packaging materials; however, any custom packaging will incur an additional charge.

1.1 Inbound surcharge for loose-loaded containers

FBT supports multiple inbound types, including small parcels and containers. Small parcels and palletised containers are free of charge, but loose-loaded containers will be charged an additional processing fee per shipment because extra handling and manpower are consumed.Frame 1940671305 (3).png
