Welcome to TikTok Shop! We're glad you chose to sell with us. We understand how stressful it can be setting up a shop. Our New Shop Probation Program aims to help new sellers like you adjust to selling on an online marketplace. Once you've completed your onboarding, you'll be able to upload products and receive orders, subject to a cap. Completing specific tasks will increase this cap. We do not want our sellers to stay in probation any longer than necessary. You can complete tasks to upgrade your shop from "Beginner" to "Standard" to "Premium", and finally "Pro" status!
You can receive more orders every day and upload more products as you ascend the tiers:- At "Beginner" status, you can receive up to 30 orders every day and you can upload up to 100 products.
- At "Standard" status, you can receive up to 50 orders every day and you can upload up to 200 products.
- At "Premium" status, you can receive up to 100 orders every day and you can upload up to 1000 products.
- At "Pro" status, there are no more limits on the number of orders you can receive every day or the number of products you can upload. "Pro" status also means your shop has graduated from our Probation Program!

What limits apply during Probation?You may see limits on daily orders, total product listings. These guardrails help ensure consistent fulfillment and customer experience as your shop grows.
How long does Probation last?There’s no fixed timeline. Shops typically graduate as soon as they meet performance and compliance standards consistently.
Will my strong performance during Probation affect my future growth?Yes — in a positive way. Strong performance helps your shop unlock higher limits, greater visibility, and faster growth opportunities.
When can I start selling on TikTok Shop?
- You can start adding products to your shop as soon as you can access the Manage Products page in Seller Center.
- Check the Learning Center tab under the Account Health page in Seller Center.
- Check the violation records under the Shop Health page in Seller Center and filter out any intellectual property policy violations you may received; these include counterfeit-related violations.

- You need to complete at least 30 orders in 90 calendar days in order to have a Shop Performance Score. Check out our our Shop Performance Score (SPS) guide for more information.
- Maintain valid shop info
