Access and Configuration
 | Visit the Seller Centre > Orders > Free shipping overview. Click on the "set up" button found on the overview tab. |
  | You can select the minimum threshold and get an estimate of the potential GMV increase. You'll have an edit button if you want to adjust the free shipping settings. |
 | To adjust the minimum free shipping threshold, enter the value in the empty case and click on Save. The unlocked green label will indicate the benefit is active and an estimated GMV increase number will be displayed on the top right corner. |
  | As you increase the threshold, the benefits will decrease and appear greyed out. You will receive a notification indicating what you need to do to unlock benefits. |
 | You may withdraw from the Policy by clicking on -> "Deactivate shop-wide free shipping". |

No, this is a benefits policy. While TikTok Shop no longer co-funds shipping costs, there are no additional fees to participate.

Yes, you may rejoin by clicking on the Activate shop-wide free shipping button.

- Increased Exposure: Your products will gain enhanced visibility on the Shop tab, in shoppable videos, and on TikTok's 'For You' page. This also includes improved exposure on the Shoptab recommendation and search result pages.
- Marketing Opportunities: You'll get access to platform campaigns and promotions that feature free shipping, including enhanced exposure to Flash Deals, access to campaign landing pages, and coupons from TikTok Shop.
- Creator Collaboration: Your products can be featured in creator broadcasts, included in curated product pools, and you'll receive a dedicated 'Free shipping' badge on the Creator platform to attract more creators to promote your products.
- Exclusive Channels: You will acquire a 'Free shipping' badge, which helps your products stand out and enhances visibility and shopper engagement, making you eligible for inclusion in the dedicated free shipping channel.
