Platform Commission Fee

The Commission Fee is a specific percentage of a completed order's total amount charged to sellers by TikTok Shop for sellers' use of the platform.

The Commission Fee rate, inclusive of applicable taxes, including but not limited to Value Added Tax (VAT), is 9%.

How is the Platform Commission Fee calculated?

The commission fee is calculated as = ((Net sales + Customer-paid shipping fee + Platform discount) - (Net sales refund + Platform discount refund)) * Commission Fee rate

Logistics deduction - the shipping fee paid by sellers for using TikTok shipping services to ship free samples. TikTok Shop reimbursement - the reimbursement paid by TikTok Shop for losses due to the return/refund request rules or other issues. Policy violation deduction - the deduction to cover buyer's losses due to sellers' fault. TikTok fees adjustment - the adjustment for fees discrepancies between the required and paid amount. Promotion adjustment - the adjustment for discrepancies in fees related to marketing activities between the required and paid amounts.
