60 days FREE storage: Get free storage on all goods that are within 60 days of inventory age. Inbound your best-selling products into FBT to maximise the benefit!Inventory Age: the age of your in-stock units. The inventory age is calculated by adding available and reserved units and discounting units pending removal.Applicable to existing inventory within the 60‑day age window: The 60-day free-storage policy applies to newly inbounded inventory, including replenishments, and eligible inventory received before 24 August 2026 that remains within 60 days of storage age and has not already incurred a storage fee.For example, if on 24 Aug, the inventory age is 19 days, then from 24 Aug onwards, the seller will NOT be charged the storage fee for the remaining (60-19) days.Tiered fees after 60 days:

One Operation fee - no hidden charges: FBT’s Operation fee covers not just picking and packing, but also inbound handling, shelving, and packaging materials - simple and transparent! These services might be charged separately by third-party logistics providers.
FBT Shipping fee
- Standard FBT (orders ≥ £22): Customers will continue to receive free shipping on eligible FBT orders of £22 or more. Sellers will pay £1.99 per parcel (VAT included) for these free-shipping orders.
- FBT Value+ : Offer customers free shipping on selected FBT products regardless of order value, with a seller-paid fee of £1.79 per parcel (VAT included). Learn more
How to get started with Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT)

Or fill out this form to get in touch!Step 2: Create Goods Choose the products you'd like to fulfill with FBT and create Goods IDs for them in the FBT portal . Learn how to create goods ID here Step 3: Set Up Order Returns Handling Methods Set up the return handling process for your goods so we can manage returned customer orders on your behalf. Note: this step is optional. You can skip it if you don't want FBT to manage your returns.
Step 4: Create Inbound Shipment Learn how to prepare your shipment (labeling, barcoding, packing, etc.) and create an inbound order (IBR) before sending stock to FBT warehouse here.
Step 5: Manage Inventory In the FBT portal you will find tools to monitor your inventory and manage inbound incidences.
