Are the price estimates VAT inclusive?

Yes. The calculator applies VAT automatically based on your seller type:
  • UK based sellers: 20% VAT is included in the estimates
  • Global Selling sellers: 0% VAT is applied
Check the VAT note next to your results for confirmation.

Why can I see drop-off rates for packages above 15KG?

While drop-off is generally only available for parcels under 15KG, the calculator shows indicative rates for all parcel sizes.
If your parcel exceeds the drop-off weight limit, pickup will be the default option in practice. But the calculator still displays the highest dropoff rate for comparison purposes.

Why can I see pickup rates for packages above 30KG?

Pickup is generally supported for parcels up to 30KG, but the calculator will follow the highest rates when parcel exceeds maximum allowed weight.
If your parcel exceeds 30KG, pickup may not be available in practice. Please refer to the official weight limits in the Shipped via Platform rate card.
